Changes to my study program

 I like my career but i think that some things need to change. First, i think that the academic charge is incompatible with the credits and the amout of time that we must dedicate to each course, we spend a lot of time readig, so we don't have enough to review the contents and aplicate them, it harms our academic performance. With the online journeys we learned many tools, that allowed us to adapt our learning, but being again, in a classroom, without the possibility to record the classes, is very different. 

I would also change the teaching methods of some teachers, i would like that in some courses the teachers would evaluate the progress, rather than the perfection, so we could learn from our mistakes, and had the chance to correct them. Evaluating the perfection is a way to exclude the people who has difficulty learning, and need a motivational feedback, that encourages them to continue strive to get a better grade. 

In terms of infrastructure, i think the classrooms are way to small to keep 50 students per class, and the seats are awful. Other faculties invest their resources in student's comfort, so they they can have a better learning experience, but the social sciences faculty doesn't. There are good sound only in the auditoriums, not in the classrooms. I think that are many problems that need to be solved, i won't finish if i keep metioning them, i just hope that this stoppage has good results.
